apologies

apologies folks, apologies! My last month in mexico was a bit whirlwind, so time for more backposting. Oh, i also reread all those entries i typed up about guatemala etc. and found an embarrassing amount of misspellings and typos, which I've tried my best to fix up--blame it on short internet time and zero proofreading.
